Course Payment Agreement
This agreement is between the Student and Coach Tams PTY LTD trading as School of Life. Signing this agreement is required before registering for or attending classes.
The Student is responsible for paying all course fees. If a Responsible Billing Party signs this agreement, they agree to guarantee payment of all fees, but the Student remains ultimately responsible for all amounts due.
Payment Options
Before classes begin, one of the following payment arrangements must be made:
Full Payment Plan – full payment made before classes start; or
Monthly Payment Plan – monthly installments paid before classes begin. This option may be revoked if payments are missed.
All payments are due upon receipt of the statement and become overdue after the 6th day of the month. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.
Any outstanding balance from a previous course or module must be paid before enrolling in the next one.
The Student (and Responsible Billing Party, if applicable) agrees to cover reasonable collection costs, including attorney or collection agency fees, for overdue accounts.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to payment, performance, legality, or interpretation of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration on the ADR ACCESS Platform under its Accelerated Rules for Commercial Arbitration.
