ENGAGING WITH TODAY’S YOUTH, TO CREATE FUTURE LEADERS

BY SCHOOL OF LIFE – FUTURE LEADERS

PROJECT ENGAGE is a corporate social responsibility program, aimed at youth leadership development in South Africa, and a proud initiative of School of Life Future Leaders. For phase one of PROJECT ENGAGE, School of Life made R32.5 Million available for the leadership development of 50,000 learners in 250 schools in South Africa.  With this necessary funding we can teach learners how to take accountability and responsibility of their own lives and ultimately empower them to become the future leaders of our country.

With R16.25 Million available for schools from all walks of life, and an additional R16.25 Million available for disadvantaged schools. PROJECT ENGAGE aims to change the lives of thousands of South African learners.

A recent matric results study has revealed an extremely high rate of school pupils dropping out of school before reaching Grade 12.

The PROJECT ENGAGE Leadership Program

School of Life Future leaders is a household name amongst schools and young leaders. It is deemed to be one of the most sought after leadership development programs in South Africa.

The HeyLead courses received its stamp of approval by FEDSAS and SAOU, and has been chosen as the preferred youth leadership development course by the ATKV, which means we use only the best for PROJECT ENGAGE.

WHAT IS HEYLEAD ALL ABOUT?

HeyLead courses empowers participants to discover their full potential

Our HeyLead courses empowers participants to discover their full potential, explore social issues, build transferable skills and create lasting positive social change, resulting in highly motivated and inspired young individuals who take accountability and responsibility for the outcome of their own lives.  HeyLead started off as a leadership programme for the SRC of schools. It was then found that these common life and leadership skills could be shared amongst all learners.  Some of the world’s most amazing leaders tend to be rough diamonds at a young age.

HeyLead started off as a leadership programme for the SRC of schools. It was then found that these common life and leadership skills could be shared amongst all learners. Some of the world’s most amazing leaders tend to be rough diamonds at a young age.  We believe in investing in all learners, as our next great leader might just be one of the unnoticed youngsters of this generation. This program develops all teens into world class leaders, of self and others, resulting in effective teens who take accountability and responsibility for their own lives.  Every person has the potential of creating their dream life, but sometimes life gets in the way and we just aren’t sure how to deal with it. Rather than dealing with 40 years’ worth of lessons and self-resolutions, let’s catch it before the forest fire burns an uncontrollable wildfire. We give every learner the opportunity to take control of their life, and teach them how to take the ugly cards that life deals out and turn them into a winning hand. We don’t tell you what to look at, we point you in a direction to look

Our HeyLead courses empowers participants to discover their full potential, explore social issues, build transferable skills and create lasting positive social change, resulting in highly motivated and inspired young individuals who take accountability and responsibility for the outcome of their own lives.
