We believe that the coaching profession is enriched when people of all backgrounds, regardless of financial standing, can access high-level training.

The SOL Bursary Fund is a formal Sponsorship Initiative managed by our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) project, Project Engage.

Our mission is to identify aspiring coaches with "heart" and provide the financial backing they need to become certified professionals.

A 90% Funded Journey

Through the support of Project Engage, we are able to provide a deep level of sponsorship for our Coach in Training certification program:

Standard Tuition: ~~R799~~ per month
Project Engage Sponsorship: 90% of your tuition is fully funded.
Recipient Contribution: Awarded students contribute just R79 per month.
Duration: 12 Months of professional development and mentorship.
Certification: 5 ICR Accredited Coaching Certification Included.

Your Contribution

In exchange for this 90% subsidy, we ask our bursary recipients to pour back into the SOL community:

Completion: Commit to finishing your certification within 12 months.
Service: Make yourself available for 12 one-on-one coaching sessions as a client/coachee.
This helps our newly qualifying coaches gain their required practice hours while you experience the impact of professional coaching firsthand.
Legacy: Share your story through a written and video testimonial to inspire the next wave of applicants.
